Pi Kappa Delta 2025
Helped organize and host Pi Kappa Delta National Comprehensive Tournament 2025 in Athens, Ohio through COMS 4050 Meeting and Event Planning course. Leading up to the event, I worked as co-project manager for the tech and media team. This included working on and managing several projects such as launching an Instagram page, YouTube channel, and LinkTree. We also created a series of video walking tours of Ohio University's campus for visitors to use. During the tournament, I spent four days interacting with 1,500+ guests with technology related issues at our tech assistance table. I also ensured that buildings across campus were unlocked and ready for use, continued posting on our social media pages, organized the recording of finals, managed a quiet live stream space for awards, and assisted the professor and my peers from course with any tasks they had.
